access:showtime is an unmissable opportunity
for anyone who wants
to work in the world
of theatre.
- At the end of the traineeship, trainees who pass the interview may be offered employment at the Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre.
- The traineeship provides a Certificate of Completion, plus an SQA Intermediate 1 qualification in Job Seeking Skills.
- Trainees will receive specialised Customer Service training, and will learn about all aspects of Front of House operations.
- Trainees will complete job shadowing at the theatre, and will receive first class interview assistance to give you the best chance of gaining employment.
- Taking part in the traineeship will not affect your benefit entitlement, as it lasts less than 16 hours a week. Eligibility criteria apply.
