Through a one to one delivery approach accessing opportunities to gain qualifications and work experience Passport works with all the client groups below, assisting them to move on to employment, training and education. Each student on our programme will receive their own dedicated caseworker who will work with their student to draw up a tailor made programme, supporting, challenging and motivating them to achieve their goals.
who we support

Young People Moving on From Care

- in care or about to leave care.
- in care in the last five years and under 24 years of age (irrespective of whether currently homeless, a substance user or ex-offender)
- living at home but looked after/supervised by the local authorities.

- in Polmont Young Offenders Institute or left there within the last six months
- aged under 21 and involved in the criminal justice system

People with Community Sentencing Orders

- currently on a Supervised Attendance Order, Probation order, Community Service, Home Detention Order or has been on one in the previous six months and aged over 21. To find out more contact us here

People Who are Homeless or at Risk of Homelessness

- homeless, has been homeless or is at risk of becoming homeless.
(Homeless includes in a hostel, B&B, or any form of temporary accommodation, for example sleeping on a friend's sofa.)

Street Sex Workers
